Imperial Agents: Callidus Assassin builds a cunning and shapeshifting Imperial Agent.

Callidus Assassins are deployed when it is too fierce for the Empire to come with the sledgehammer. When a quiet, calm, and possibly acrobatic infiltration is necessary, you want a Callidus Assassin.

With swords, pistols, poisoned knives and the ability to alter the body with a drug, there is nothing and nowhere a Callidus Assassin cannot infiltrate.

They are used when the Empire finds overambitious officials, diplomats, governors and other first-class people stepping over the line without doing anything serious themselves. It will be a silent battle against those who dance within the lines of the law - but who can nevertheless put an entire world and more at risk. It's when a corpse has to come forward for no reason.

The Callidus Assassin is a member of the Imperial Agents, and can join any army that supports and allows soldiers fighting for The Emperor.
