Gondor was the most prominent kingdom of Men in Middle-earth. Bordered by Mordor to the east, this fierce kingdom stood as a bulwark against the Shadow for thousands of years. While Minas Tirith was the capital of Gondor in the Third Age, Osgiliath was the original capital, although the city soon fell into ruin. As the War of the Ring raged through Gondor itself, many cities and outposts would follow in its wake.
This multi-piece plastic set builds a set of Gondor ruins – stone buildings ravaged by time or war, featuring Gondor’s elegant masonry and ornate knotwork, arched windows and wooden doors reinforced with iron. The set creates two separate buildings, each of which can be built as a single-story ruin, or given a second floor where your warriors can fight and your archers can shoot, adding depth, width and height to your battlefield.
The Gondor Ruins are modular, so you can assemble the set in different ways to create your own landscape, or combine multiple sets to create even more complex ruins.
This set consists of 106 plastic components. This landscape is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour Paint.
