The difference between 1st Edition and Unlimited is that 1st Edition comes in a limited print, but with a slightly higher proportion of foil cards. This makes this series highly sought after by collectors. Once the 1st Edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted, while Unlimited will be available throughout the series' lifespan.

Flesh & Blood is a new hero-centered fantasy TCG designed for fantastic deckbuilding, booster draft, and sealed deck play. Players start the game with a chosen hero, weapon, and equipment. Taking turns, they attack the opponent with their weapons and/or use action cards. Attacks and defenses are placed in a chain and resolved with damage based on various point values. The game continues until a player's hero reaches 0 HP.
