Apiary Board Game

In the distant future, man has left Earth. The reason for their disappearance (or perhaps their demise) is unknown, but their absence left a void ready to be filled by another intelligent species.

Over countless generations, a species of the humble honey bee evolved to fill this void. They grew in size and intelligence and became a highly advanced society. Calling themselves the Mellifera, they have made significant technological advances, as well as adopting technology from the ruins of humans, including space travel.

In Apiary, each player controls one of twenty unique factions. Your faction starts the game with a cube, some resources and worker bees. A challenging experience of placing workers and building cube awaits you: explore planets, collect resources, develop technologies and create carvings to demonstrate your faction's strengths (measured in victory points) throughout a year of Flow. But Dearth is fast approaching, and your workers can only take a few actions before they have to hibernate! Can you thrive or just survive?
